Management programme for specialists and managers from Rwanda

The Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economic Affairs is once again running a management programme for specialists and managers from Rwanda this year. As part of this programme, young specialists and managers from Rwanda receive further training in business administration, followed by a seven-week internship in a Rhineland-Palatinate company.

We are looking for companies that are interested in the Rwandan market and are prepared to take on a young specialist and manager from this country. To ensure that the profile and expectations of both you and the young managers match perfectly, all participants undergo an appropriate selection process.

The programme offers you the opportunity to establish or deepen special personal economic and business contacts and to exploit new sales potential in Rwanda. With the support of a young Rwandan manager, you will find it easier to access the Rwandan market and can use the programme to explore the market or establish cooperation. The new Rwandan business relationships can also serve as a first step into the East African market.

Rwanda, a partner country of Rhineland-Palatinate since 1982, has good framework conditions for export-orientated companies. It is regarded as a model country in Africa with a great willingness to reform and strong economic growth. The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) expects gross domestic product to grow by around 7.1% in 2024. We would therefore like to bring Rhineland-Palatinate companies together with young Rwandan managers.
