The three business development agencies in the Westerwald region and the municipality of Hachenburg are inviting you to give keynote speeches and exchange ideas on January 31, 2024 at 4 p.m.
The new skilled workers network for the Altenkirchen district(www.fachkraefte-ak.de) will be presented. Reiner Rudolphi from the “zubee” network will show how you can recruit trainees from Rwanda for technical professions. In addition, Karl Georg GmbH (Ingelbach-Bahnhof) will report on its practical experience of the recruitment process. The pilot project “Handwerk bietet Zukunft” (HabiZu) of the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts will provide an insight into how recruitment in the skilled trades sector in Bosnia-Herzegovina can look. The Rhineland-Palatinate/Rwanda Partnership Association will also be demonstrating how the successful integration of foreign skilled workers can be promoted and facilitated through voluntary association work.
