Energy efficiency, the electricity and heating transition, artificial intelligence, energy generation in conjunction with load management, balancing groups – these are hot topics for operators of wastewater treatment plants.
BITControl GmbH has set itself the goal of providing you with optimum support on the path to energy neutrality in wastewater treatment. They have been involved in the Eifel-Mosel-Hunsrück energy network, carried out numerous efficiency studies, optimized wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations, equipped plants with energy analysis software and geared load management towards self-consumption. They are currently also involved in electricity marketing and the formation of balancing groups across several locations. They work together with other specialist offices on all of these topics.
At the Eifel Wastewater Day 2023: The path to energy neutrality in wastewater treatment you will get an insight from different perspectives, especially from the practice of BIT Control GmbH’s partners and customers. You can read the (preliminary) program here.
Professor Mark Oelmann from Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences – known to many for his digitalization index for the water industry – will be the speaker. In his keynote speech, he will describe the applications and potential of AI in wastewater treatment.
The Eifel Wastewater Day will take place on 14.09.2023 in the Robert Schumann House in Trier. Please make a note of this date in your diary and register using this form.
