The Start-Up Mentoring Program
Have you founded a start-up? Or are you an experienced professional? Then you are a perfect fit for the Start-Up Mentoring Program!
The accompanying research UmTecNetz-Potenzial-RLP would like to work with you to develop an intergenerational exchange of experience between start-ups and experienced Ecoliance members. The program will start in April 2021 for a duration of 6 months.
Within the Ecoliance network are former managing directors, managing directors, professors and professors who have many years of expertise in managing and establishing green business models. With the start-up mentoring program, UmTecNetz-Potenzial-RLP would like to make this know-how available to start-ups!
Why should you join? As a start-up, you will learn from someone with experience in your entire area of need, benefit from free strategic advice & problem solving and give your start-up every chance of longevity. As an experienced professional, you will be given creative freedom and opportunities for co-determination in a growing company, broaden your horizons through a change of perspective and remain active and visible in the business world through your new role!
The accompanying research UmTecNetz-Potenzial-RLP at the Environmental Campus Birkenfeld is responsible for coordinating and mediating between the two players in the start-up mentoring program.

Dr. Jochen Zubrod holds a doctorate in environmental science and is a certified data scientist.
In January 2021, he founded “Zubrod Environmental Data Science” based in Landau and provides support in all matters relating to the acquisition, analysis and presentation of environmental data.
Regardless of whether it is a matter of questions that can be answered using classic statistical methods or those that require the use of modern classification methods of machine learning, whether static visualizations or live dashboards are required: here, customers from science, companies and authorities will find tailor-made solutions to optimally use and present their environmental data.
Dr. Jochen Zubrod decided to take part in the mentoring program as a mentee in order to expand his network, improve his acquisition skills and gain insights into the best practices of a successful founder.
