UniGR-CIRKLA: Kick-off Invitation

We are delighted to invite you to the UniGR-CIRKLA kick-off meeting, taking place in Trier on Monday, September 30th, and Tuesday, October 1st.

As a UniGR-CIRKLA project key partner, you are invited to join us for the following events:

  • Monday, September 30th
    • 11:30-13:30: UniGR-CIRKLA welcome lunch (member only)
    • 13:30-19:00: UniGR-CIRKLA Kick-Off ceremony (all)
    • 20:30-…late: Dinner and Social Event (member only)
  • Tuesday, October 1st
    • 08:30-14:00: In-Depth Workshops on Project workshops (member only)

Please take the following actions:

  • Share this invitation with your team members.
  • Confirm your attendance using one of the following links before August 30th.
    • Note: Registration is personal, so insure that every of your team members is registered individually.
  • Book your hotel room as soon as possible, as availability is limited (see recommended options below).
    • Note: Each attendee is responsible for his own accommodation booking and travel expenses.
